On February 12, 2008, Chinese Ambassador to the United States Zhou Wenzhong gave an exclusive interview to ViaMei magazine, the leading magazine deals with US-China relationship. Ambassador Zhou was invited to address the famous Landon lecture at Kansas State University in Manhattan on February 11, 2008. The exclusive interview was conducted by David Jewell, Editor of ViaMei following Zhou’s meeting with Governor Kathleen Sebelius in Topeka, state capitol of Kansas.

Ambassador Zhou answered numerous questions, from his perspective on the 2008 Beijing Olympics to Chinese Investment in USA, and his view on the status of the US-China relationship now and in the future, plus furthering trade with the American Midwest.
